A Humble Beginning of an Astounding Professional Odyssey
After completing his primary studies in a small village – Rudawal, in Rajasthan, he shifted to Kota to study Engineering and supported himself by working with an architectural firm. Despite going through trying financial times, he never left his dream of founding an interior design company. His first placement was at DLF where he worked for a span of 1.5 years and later moved to work with an independent contractor for two years. Much later in 2009, he commenced on his entrepreneurial journey with SKV and never looked back. As a leader, Tushar acknowledges the importance of teamwork and hence he was very selective in choosing his stakeholders, partners, vendors, and his core team members. He emphasizes team building activities, providing friendly environments, and implementing positive learning’s to motivate his workforce. He further adds that credibility, trust, and self-belief are the keys principals along with honesty and commitment which he has learned and continues to carry in his professional journey.
